Great spot! Ribeye was perfectly prepared and extremely flavorful; the parm crusted grouper was laced with a delicious garlic butter cream sauce. Our waitress was excellent: kudos to Lisa for all the things she candidly suggested that made our birthday meal memorable! Would visit again :)
For the last two years we’ve stayed at the Lodge at Old Kinderhook when we came to the Ozarks Amphitheater for concerts. Kinderhook has everything you might ever want in a resort, beautiful rooms (and views), golf courses even an Ice Rink! And Oh my, the food at the "Trophy Room is very special, well worth the journey alone. All this is still surpassed by the service, each year, I had waited too long to book our room before the hotel was full. Christine at the front desk is a REAL asset to the place, she enthusiastically assured us we'll get you a room, just call a couple of days before the concert, one will be available for you. This means two years in a row she saved me! Next year Christine I won't wait!

This place is incredible, not only due to the beautiful views, but especially because of the people. We are here for the Thanksgiving buffet and to stay (three rooms). Mikayla (sp?) at the front desk got a huge portable flatscreen for us to set up so our large group could watch Thanksgiving football. Robin, our server, was really good and even friendlier. And even the head of security made sure we were doing well. What a great place.
We brought a group of 16 for golf, lodging, and dinner, and everything was outstanding from start to finish. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, and the course, rooms, and meals were all top-notch. We truly appreciate the effort that went into making our stay so enjoyable, and we’d be thrilled to return.
We ate at the Trophy Room restaurant, it was fantastic. Had the filet, giant prawns and lobster tail. All of it was delicious and large. Plenty of food for the two of us.
We had a nice time at Kinderhook for a hockey tournament. The staff was nice enough and the players had a fun time. There was enough room to fit an air mattress comfortably in our two queen room. Trophy Room restaurant had good food though a little pricey. The golf course it was built on looked nice enough and in a quiet remote place. Beautiful hills to look at and the ice rink was a lot of fun!
Went for my 8u hockey tournament. So fun. Didn't have to leave the hotel. Food at the Trophy Room was fantastic! Service was great.
